What should I know prior to registering?

  • Forum 2022 will be an in-person event; not a virtual event
  • *Not applicable to “Friend of CADCA” Membership
  • **Groups are considered five or more attendees
  • Must register and pay by Tuesday, January 18, 2022
  • Youth Attendee: 18 years old or younger
  • ***Guest Rate: Access is limited to the welcome reception, continental breakfasts, breaks and exhibits only (no training courses)

What is included in the registration rate?

  • Access to all training sessions
  • Presentations and PowerPoints
  • Access to the event app
  • Reception on Monday
  • Breakfast and refreshment breaks Tuesday-Thursday

How can I pay for registration via credit card?

  • The CADCA website provides self-service online registration 24/7 with immediate email confirmation. CADCA only accepts Visa, Mastercard and Amex credit card payments online
  • Click “Member Login” in the top right corner of this page to get started.
  • Note: All attendees must be registered with their own unique email address.

How can I get invoiced for Forum registration(s)?

  • You have to complete the correct PDF registration form (hyperlinked above) and send it via email to events@cadca.org.
    Upon processing, an invoice will be returned to the sender.
  • Mail the invoice(s) with check payment to CADCA. If you’d rather pay via credit card after receiving an invoice, call (703) 706-0560 ext. 253. Have your invoice number(s) and credit card information ready.

How can I attend Forum at the member rate?

Purchase a one-year membership before you register and get the reduced member rate! CADCA members are eligible for discounted member registration rates to Forum and next year’s Mid-Year.

Note, Membership must be active through February 3, 2022 and the Friend of CADCA membership type is not eligible.

How do I qualify for the group registration rate?

  • Coalition/organization must be an active CADCA member
  • All individuals must be associated with the SAME coalition/organization
  • Group must contain a minimum of five (5) FULL-PAYING individuals (scholarship ecipients & speakers do not count towards members of the group)
  • All members must be registered at the same time & pay in one transaction, using one form of payment

What is Prevention Day and how can I register?

  • Programming will be provided by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) in conjunction with Forum
  • This one-day training event will convene on Monday, January 31, 2022
  • It is a free event, but registration is required)
  • If you are attending both Forum and Prevention Day (PD), only complete the Forum registration and add a PD session

What are CADCA’s Cancelation/ Refund/Substitution Policies?

Cancelation Policy: All requests must be submitted in writing by Tuesday, January 18, 2022, via e-mail to events@cadca.org. Cancelation requests received by this date will be processed less a $95 administrative fee (per person).

Refund Policy: Deadline to request a refund less the $95 administration fee is Tuesday, January 18, 2022. No shows or failures to attend the training event will not receive a refund or credit towards a future CADCA Training Event. Refunds are issued in the same way they were paid (credit card or check). To receive a refund for registration paid via check, please include the name of the person the refund check should be made out to, as well as the physical address where it should be mailed with your cancelation request. There will be NO REFUNDS AFTER JANUARY 18.

Substitution Policy: All requests must be submitted in writing via email to events@cadca.org along with a NEW and completed PDF registration form. Substitution requests are free of charge.

By registering for the CADCA event, you are providing us with permission to include your name, organization and state information for the list of attendees and use of your image captured in photographs/videos online.
