CADCA’s National Coalition Institute is pleased to announce the beginning of a new no-cost, bi-monthly webinar series entitled “Conversations: Putting Research Into Action.”
We invite you to join us for our inaugural webinar on Wednesday, Dec. 16 from 5:30– 6:30 p.m. EST with Australian professor Dr. Sandra C. Jones. Come join us in a real time conversation hosted by Andrea de la Flor and Robert Busch of CADCA’s Evaluation and Research team to hear about the key findings and implications of this new research on underage drinking.

CADCA’s next webinar, “Prescribing Some Solutions to Prescription Pain Medicine Abuse,” will be Thursday, Dec. 17 from 11 a.m. to Noon EST. The fourth webinar in our “Prescription Drug Abuse Prevention Series”, this hour-long training will explore a balanced approach to two public health crises that requires all sectors, especially the medical community, to engage. Participants will walk away with a better understanding of how to broach the conversation with their local medical professionals.
The “Prescribing Some Solutions to Prescription Pain Medicine Abuse,” webinar presenters are Bob Twillman, Ph.D., FAPM, Executive Director, American Academy of Pain Management and Catherine Thatcher Brunson, Trainer/Consultant, CADCA’s National Coalition Institute. The webinar will be moderated by Mary Elizabeth Elliott, CADCA’s VP of Communications, Membership and IT.
