Richard Landis serves as the Vice President of Business Development and Membership at CADCA. Richard is a behavioral health leader in identifying and helping solve challenges facing the substance use and misuse and mental health fields. His more than 35+ years of experience includes both direct clinical practice and extensive experience conducting human services research as well as managing both small and large substance abuse treatment/prevention and mental health projects. Additionally, he has led and managed business units with up to 170 staff and $50 million in revenues. His experience also includes managing entire business development cycles from opportunity capture to proposal to project start up.
He has special expertise in the areas of workforce development, substance abuse treatment and prevention, mental health promotion, implementation of evidence-based practices, housing and homelessness and HIV/AIDS.
