Quinn is CADCA’s Public Policy Associate. She assists the Public Policy team with tracking their legislative priorities and communicating with Congressional offices.

Quinn graduated from Gonzaga University with a BA in Political Science and minor in business. Prior to joining CADCA, she interned in the Washington, DC offices of Senator Amy Klobuchar and Representative Rick Larsen. Through these experiences, she developed a passion for the crucial role that legislation has in assisting our communities.

Originally from Minnesota, Quinn enjoys long walks outside, baking sourdough bread, and trying out new restaurants in the DMV area.
