Doug Rice is the Senior Manager of Customized Trainings and Business Development at CADCA, where he leads sales and delivery of customized training solutions for the prevention of substance misuse and problem gambling. He connects directly with coalitions and prevention professionals to tailor impactful programs, including implementation of the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF).

With over 25+ years in sales and marketing, Doug drives business development by aligning CADCA’s offerings with client needs, using feedback to refine and expand services. His consultative approach ensures coalitions receive relevant, results-driven support.

Doug has a marketing degree from Western Michigan University. Outside of work, Doug enjoys reading science fiction, working on cars and eating culturally authentic food.
