Doug Rice is the Director of Sales and Business Development at CADCA, where he leads revenue growth, through customized training, technical assistance, evaluation and special projects focused on substance misuse and problem gambling prevention.

With more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, he works directly with coalitions, prevention professionals, and partner organizations to align CADCA’s services with community needs and support implementation of the Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) and CADCA’s 7 Strategies for Community Change.

Known for his consultative approach, Doug helps organizations identify effective, results-driven solutions that strengthen prevention capacity and community impact. He holds a degree in Marketing from Western Michigan University and enjoys science fiction, being a hands-on car enthusiast, and exploring culturally authentic cuisine.
