Leidos Partners with CADCA to Support Local Prevention Efforts

Leidos, a Fortune 500® information technology, engineering and science industry leader announced a partnership with CADCA (Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America) to promote local substance use prevention efforts.   

“We are excited to partner with CADCA on a number of initiatives that will not only enhance local prevention efforts, but also increase community awareness of the dangers of substance use,” shared Roger Krone, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Leidos.

The scope of the partnership will include the following components:

  • Leidos Youth Leadership Training: CADCA will host a three-day youth leadership training in Washington, D.C. for approximately 70-100 youth from the Washington metropolitan area. 
  • Community Awareness Safe Disposal Events: CADCA and Leidos will coordinate two community awareness safe disposal events to coincide with DEA’s National Take Back Days.
  • Leidos Drug-Free Place Toolkit: CADCA will develop a customized substance abuse awareness toolkit for Leidos’ employees.
  • Drug-Free Campaign Awards Dinner: Leidos will support CADCA’s annual Drug-Free Kids Campaign Awards Dinner through sponsorship and advertisement opportunities.
