$195 per night, plus 13% tax

Important Note

All rooms are subject to 13% state and local taxes. All rooms will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Rooms are available at the “CADCA” rate until Friday, June 24, 2022 (or earlier if the block sells out). If you choose to travel and stay earlier than July 17-21, you would need to contact the Gaylord Palms Hotel directly for accommodations. If you are interested in multiple rooms, please also contact the hotel directly for assistance at (407) 586-0000.
 

Reservation Policies

All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card, but the card will NOT be charged in advance of arrival. Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. Rooms canceled within forty-eight (48) hours of scheduled arrival date will be charged one night’s lodging. For those guests with a reservation who fail to check in on their arrival date, the hotel will charge your credit card for one night’s stay plus tax. 
 

If a form of payment is not secured upon check-in, the hotel will lock your room, requiring you to visit the front desk to confirm payment arrangements. If traveling with a group and will have youth attendee staying in a room by themselves, please make sure that the room’s billing arrangements are confirmed to avoid confusion onsite.

As the 2022 Mid-Year Training Institute nears, the Gaylord Palms Hotel’s room block is nearly full. CADCA has acquired a block of overflow rooms at the nearby Fairfield Inn & Suites & World Center Marriott. CADA will run a shuttle from both properties to the Gaylord Palms. Schedule to come.

National Association of Attorneys General Letter to Congress

On Oct. 24, the National Association of Attorneys General released a letter to the House and Senate Appropriations Committees urging for the closure of the hemp loophole, created by a provision in the 2018 Farm Bill that has resulted in the proliferation of hemp-derived THC and other intoxicating products throughout the country.
