Youth Engagement for Adults
We believe that decisions about young people’s futures should include their voices. That’s why we intentionally involve youth in our prevention work, not as a requirement, but as a reflection of our values. We welcome their perspectives to help shape strategies that resonate. Developed in collaboration with Neutral Zone, a nationally recognized leader in youth-driven programming, Youth Engagement for Adults is a two-part training series designed for coalition staff looking to strengthen youth engagement through proven youth-adult partnership models.

Flexible Format
Each workshop can be taken independently or combined for a more comprehensive experience. Choose the format that works best for your team.
- Workshop 1: Youth-Adult Partnerships (3 hours)
- Workshop 2: Youth Roles, Relationship Building, and Responsibilities (3 hours)
- Full-Day Experience (7 hours, including a lunch break)
