Valentino serves as the Chief of Staff for the Community Anti-drug Coalitions of America (CADCA). As Chief of Staff, he works directly with the CEO to establish, prioritize and carry out the strategic objectives of the organization. In addition, he works with team members across the organization to streamline processes, bridging interdepartmental gaps and ensures the staff and their teams are working towards the strategic objections.

Valentino began his professional career working 14 years in retail operations. He later transitioned his career to human resources. He has 18 years of HR experience, 4 as an Executive working in the following industries, Oil & Gas, Professional Employer Organization, Aerospace, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Public Accounting. Valentino is also President and CEO of the VMurphy Group LLC, which specializes in human resources and career coach consulting for individuals and small companies.
