Erica is a Southern California native with a master’s degree in public policy and administration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a bachelor’s degree in Global Studies with a concentration in Latin America from the University of California Riverside. During her graduate studies, she was honored as an Equity and Inclusion Fellow by the Association for Public Policy Analysis and Management (APPAM) for her impactful research in Health Policy, where her focus on the dynamics of race and gender garnered significant recognition within the field. Currently, Erica serves as a Senior Associate with CADCA International, Western Hemisphere, providing support and technical assistance to Latin American countries. Additionally, her proficiency in Spanish enhances her effectiveness in collaborating with our international partners and team.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her beloved pup Stanley, traveling, trying out new recipes, or exploring new restaurants in the DMV.
