With 25 years of Management and Operations, experience along with his 10 years of experience working in Human Resources, Chris Marbaker is a results leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and motivation solutions that help organizations harness the full power of one of their best and most valuable assets – it’s People! He is dedicated to implementing and strengthening HR programs and processes to include the execution of HR strategies and championing the transformation of HR into a function that proactively contributes to the achievement of business results.

Chris is a native of the DC Metro area, and his teams are Philadelphia Eagles, Washington Capitals, and DC United.  In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his husband Kevin, Daughter Sophie, and his pups Charlie and Lucy.
