The International Programs Manager will oversee the operations of CADCA’s International Program on the African continent. The Manager will also participate in the development, conduct, and follow-up activities related to CADCA-organized trainings in Africa and other foreign countries as needed. The Manager will also assist in identifying and building relationships and strategic alliances with non-governmental organizations, government officials, U.S. State Department personnel and other interested parties.
