“Angelique’s strategic, operational and organizational skills are critical to the success of CADCA’s signature training events.  CADCA’s National Leadership Forum, Mid-Year Training Institute and Drug- Free Kids Campaign Dinner, all held annually, are elevated and executed at an exemplary level under Angelique’s leadership,” said General Arthur T.  “An ideal events industry is one where suppliers and planners work collaboratively to build strong, flexible partnerships that keep pace with organizational growth and change.  As planners, we instinctively know how to project, budget, plan and then build in contingencies for all those plans. I have been fortunate to work with talented individuals on both the planner and supplier sides; have learned a great deal; and have been able to produce some amazing events,” shared Angelique Wilkins.

CADCA’s National Leadership Forum is four-day training event packed with opportunities to learn the latest strategies to fight substance abuse and hear from nationally known prevention experts, federal administrators and concerned policymakers.

CADCA’s Mid-Year Training Institute is held every July and draws individuals from key sectors including coalition leaders, prevention specialists, mental health professionals, educators, public health professionals, researchers, law enforcement, parents and youth.  On an annual basis, over 5,000 individuals attend both the National Leadership Forum and Mid-Year Training Institute.

CADCA’s Drug-Free Kids Campaign dinner recognizes organizations and individuals who have contributed in an outstanding manner to our mission and cause of keeping America’s youth safe and drug free.

Every year, over 3,000 attendees attend the National Leadership Forum and over 2,000 attendees attend the Mid-Year Training Institute.  CADCA’s 20th Annual Drug-Free Kids Campaign awards dinner is expected to have 500 attendees.
