Following her engaging Opening Plenary speech yesterday, Frances Harding, Director, Center for Substance Abuse Prevention returned this morning and led a training on SAMHSA’s work to prevent substance misuse among youth and young adults, based on findings from the National Survey on Drug Use and Health. The interactive session highlighted current data trends and resources related to underage drinking, tobacco, marijuana, and prescription drugs.
