Jennifer Sinfelt serves as CADCA’s Director of Grants and Contracts. She is responsible for managing CADCA’s government grants and contracts and for identifying new contractual relationships and alliances in support of CADCA’s strategic objectives. Drawing from her more than 10 years of experience in the preparation of funding proposals and contract management, Jennifer’s role is to identify and cultivate funding opportunities, develop detailed proposals and to manage contract deliverables.
Jennifer has successfully secured over $300 million in grant and project funding as a consultant, a grants specialist with the City of Pittsburgh and the Associate Director of Friendship Development Associates, a community development corporation in Pittsburgh, PA. She was a recipient of the Stephen M. Lauble Community Fellowship, completing the fellowship at the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh. She has also held positions as a legislative assistant and a print journalist. Jennifer has a MS in Public Policy and Management from the Heinz School at Carnegie Mellon University and a BA in English Writing and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
