As the Training Operations Associate for CADCA’s Training Operations team, Elizabeth’s role is to provide support to the Training Operations team and the National Coalition Institute in both Youth and Adult training, technical assistance and outreach areas. With a background in Office Administration and Business Support services, Elizabeth has spent many years working with nonprofit organizations on multifaceted projects with the goal of streamlining internal processes to enhance productivity. Prior to joining CADCA, Elizabeth relocated back to Maryland from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and worked at Premier Eye Care, as a HEDIS Specialist, where she was tasked with collection of data elements in their CRM tool to support medical records documentation.

Born and raised in Washington, DC., Elizabeth received her BA degree in International Studies/Relations from the College of Notre Dame of MD. She is also fluent in Spanish and English, and proficient in Portuguese, French and Italian. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with her children and family, hike with her sister, cook different types of cuisines, and loves to travel and do nature photography.
