Adrienne Carmack (she/her) brings a background in positive youth development programs and community-driven advocacy to her role at CADCA. She cares deeply about partnering with young people to build healthy communities. Prior to joining CADCA, Adrienne was the Executive Director of Hardy Girls, a Maine-based nonprofit that serves girls and nonbinary youth with supportive, empowering programs. She has also worked in the voting rights advocacy space, as well as with youth programs at the LGBT Center of New York and the Girl Scouts of Maine. Adrienne holds a BA in Education and Gender Studies from Colby College and a master’s degree in Education Policy from the University of Arizona.

Adrienne grew up in Maine and loves exploring the outdoors, baking, reading, triathlons, and attempting home DIY projects beyond her skill level.
