November 21, 2023 – Presenters receive date and time of training session
December 12, 2023 – Deadline to submit Registration Information
January 12, 2024 – Deadline to submit PowerPoints and Handouts
January 19, 2024 – PowerPoints and Handouts available on the session grid and event app
January 29 – February 1, 2024 – National Leadership Forum takes place

Call for Presentation Sessions:
Please be mindful of the difference between the Lead, Second and Subsequent Presenter rates and instructions:
The lead presenter receives a complimentary full conference registration.
The second presenter receives a discounted full conference registration rate of $450.
Third and subsequent presenters are expected to register for Forum at their applicable rate. Registration rates and information can be found by visiting https://forum.cadca.org/registration *Single-day rates are available.
Corporate and Federal Partner Sessions:
Please reach out to your CADCA point of contact to ensure your presenters are registered.
Please note, CADCA does not reproduce handouts or worksheets for training sessions. Presenters may bring copies of handouts if they choose to have them available in their session rooms. Note, there is a FedEx inside the Gaylord for your convenience.
Any materials such as handouts or worksheets can be added to the Training Session Grid on the Forum website and app. Many attendees enjoy printing them before arriving to the event or saving to their mobile devices. CADCA does not reproduce handouts, worksheets or PowerPoints for attendee use.
Upload Your Handouts
Upload handouts and additional supplemental worksheets into Dropbox by COB, Friday January 12, 2024. Please be sure to save your items with the DAY of your training session first, followed by (at minimum) the first FOUR words of your session title and then the word HANDOUT. If you have more than one handout, please add the number after the word HANDOUT.
Example: If my Wednesday session is “Prevention Basics: A Crash Course” I should save my handout(s) as WEDNESDAY_Prevention_Basics_A_Crash_HANDOUT_1.

At Forum, our stellar A/V partners at Inspire will have your slides pre-loaded on the laptop that is in your training session room as long as they are received by Friday January 19, 2024. After this date, please plan to bring your presentation on a USB drive either to your session room OR to the Speaker Ready Room.
Any PowerPoint slides that are provided to us (with your permission) are reviewed and turned into password protected PDFs. They will be available on the event app and on Forum’s Training Session Grid.

To have your presentations available as PDFs for attendees prior to Forum, upload PowerPoint presentation into Dropbox by COB, Friday January 12, 2024. The Speaker Ready Room is located in Chesapeake 1 on Convention Center Level 2 and will be open during the following hours:

Q: I completed my registration forms but have not yet received a registration confirmation.
Thank you for submitting the completed forms. Please note, presenter registrations are processed manually and take time to complete. If you have edits to the registration form you’ve submitted, please email email@example.com.
Q: Who do I notify of new or replacement presenters?
Please email full names, titles, organizations and email address of updated presenters AND who they are replacing with your session title to at firstname.lastname@example.org.
