Building Coalitions For Success: Logic Models 2.0

May 3, 2024 - May 3, 2024

This session will focus upon the importance of using logic models to effectively reduce the impact of substance use in your community. While many coalitions talk the language of logic models, many coalitions fall into the “busy work” trap and the logic model is lost. This session will focus on how to engage your coalition in building effective road maps to success. Special emphasis will be placed on how to map data to logic models and how to address health equity in every aspect of the work.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Discuss how to leverage your logic model to drive the coalitions work.
  2. Identify how to engage the community in assessment and planning.
  3. Explore equity and how to build equity into logic models.
