The Registration Deadline Passed on May 24, 2021
For sessions with more than one presenter, it is important the order in which presenters are confirmed. For each training session, the Lead Presenter receives a complimentary registration.
Presenters 2, 3 and 4 receive a discounted registration rate of $300 each.
Presenters 5 or more must register at their applicable registration rate. Registration instructions and rate information can be found on the Mid-Year registration page.
