Safe Drug Disposal not only provides background on the issue, it also helps readers understand what safe drug disposal is (and can be), who should be involved in developing a program, and ways safe drug disposal programs can be promoted in the community. The guide also identifies key issues for program developers to consider and provides resources to help them create safe drug-disposal programs in their communities.
