Tonia Mebane is CADCA’s Sr. Help Desk Support Technician. In this role, she is solutions-focused and team oriented with broad-based technical experience and hands-on skill in installation, configuration, trouble-shooting, and support of end-user maintenance. Tonia’s responsibilities include providing end-user support that includes network access, website updates, and managing staff hardware and software.
Prior to joining CADCA in April 2011, Tonia worked for Monster Government Solutions as a Sr. Technical Support Analyst where she performed Tier-2 development support and acted as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) concerning database edits and report requests pertaining to the Hiring Management automated hiring system.
