As a Northern Virginia native, with over 25 years of management and operations experience and more than 13 years in human resource management, Chris Marbaker is a results-driven leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and motivation solutions that help organizations harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – their people.

Chris is dedicated to implementing and strengthening HR programs and processes, executing strategic HR initiatives, and championing the transformation of HR into a function that proactively contributes to business success.

When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, rooting for his Philadelphia Eagles (Go Birds!) and Washington Capitals. He also enjoys attending other events such as concerts and supporting local theater.
