Mark Crossley is a global pharmaceutical leader with over three decades of executive leadership experience spanning corporate strategy, operations, finance, and global market expansion. He retired in 2025 as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Indivior PLC, a pharmaceutical company pioneering evidence-based medical treatments for opioid use disorder.

During his tenure as CEO (2020–2025) and previously as Chief Financial Officer, Mark played a pivotal role in advancing understanding of and expanding global access to life-transforming treatments for opioid use disorder.

Before joining Indivior in 2012, Mark spent 13 years at Procter & Gamble in various finance leadership roles. He also enjoyed an eight-year career in the United States Coast Guard following his graduation from the United States Coast Guard Academy with a BS in Management and Economics. He has an MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management.

Mark has two grown daughters, and he and his wife Whitney reside in Richmond, VA.
