Ildiko Juhasz serves as CADCA’s Director of Youth Programs, Conference Programming & Strategic Initiatives. In this role, she provides leadership and oversight for educational programming at CADCA’s national conferences, youth-focused initiatives, and customized training programs. She oversees conference session development and speaker engagement, leads the planning and implementation of special initiatives, and manages strategic projects in collaboration with federal, state, and community partners.

Prior to joining CADCA, Ildiko planned and executed events for a diverse range of organizations, including associations, nonprofits, and political and corporate groups. She holds a Master of Arts in Communications from Auburn University, as well as bachelor’s degrees in Journalism and International Business.

When she’s not working, Ildiko loves traveling, relaxing at the beach, and spending quality time with her husband and their cat, Raider.
