CADCA was honored to have the Office of National Drug Control Policy’s (ONDCP) Director, Michael Botticelli speak at our annual ONDCP Town Hall this evening. Director Botticelli answered questions from Mid-Year attendees on subjects ranging from the opioId epidemic to alcohol and marijuana trends. DFC Administrator Helen Hernandez, and Frances Harding, Director, Center for Substance Abuse Prevention also provided remarks.
