Kayla is a Human Resource Assistant and Office Coordinator at CADCA, where she supports daily operations, assists with internal administrative processes, and contributes to various HR-related functions.
Kayla earned her BA in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health from Spelman College. While there, she was actively involved in community-focused initiatives and had the opportunity to study abroad in Ghana, where she gained a deeper understanding of cultural connections and differences. She later earned her Master’s in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she developed skills in organizational development and applying data-driven insights to support business operations and client needs. She is passionate about fostering supportive and efficient workplace environments that enable teams to thrive.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and giving back to her community.
