Cynthia is the Accounting Manager for CADCA. In this role, she manages accounts payable, reconciles accounts to ensure seamless month-end closes, and handles invoice recording while working closely with teams across the organization. Prior to joining CADCA, she worked in the non-profit and public sectors, as well as the telecommunications and talent management industries.

Outside of work, Cynthia is passionate about mentoring youth in shelters, transitional housing, and family reunification. She helps them heal from trauma, build life skills, and find safe, permanent housing.

In her free time, Cynthia enjoys mountain hiking, roller skating, finding waterfalls, and spending time with family and friends.
