Forum is Going Virtual!

A Special Message from CADCA About Forum

To all CADCA coalitions and prevention professionals,

CADCA has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic since its onset, and after careful consideration of this and several other factors – in consultation with the CADCA Board of Directors, Coalition Advisory Committee, federal and corporate partners – we have decided that CADCA’s 31st Annual National Leadership Forum and SAMHSA’s 17th Prevention Day will be a virtual event.

As those of you who joined us for Virtual Mid-Year know — CADCA’s signature training events are not your average virtual meeting or webinar. We will offer even more than what you have come to expect from prior events. Participants will have opportunities to attend collaborative training sessions with leading prevention experts, network with other attendees and partners from major federal agencies, engage with your elected congressional members, receive CEUs and more!

Your work to prevent substance use and misuse is more important than ever. To ensure that CADCA continues to support you and your communities, we ask you to be a part of this event.  To assist you with your budgetary limitations, we have also reduced the registration fee significantly to allow those financially impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic the chance to participate in our event.

On September 17, we will launch our Forum website, where you will have the ability to register, apply for scholarships, learn more about what we will offer and how you can become part of this unforgettable event.

This is a unique time in our collective history. As your national leadership organization, rest assured we are with you in working together to create safe, healthy and drug-free communities and your support at this event will bolster our collective efforts to thrive and grow during this unprecedented time.

We look forward to seeing you (virtually) in February!

Sincerely,
