Youth Engagement for Adults

Effective prevention work isn’t possible without youth at the table. Their insights and perspective are crucial in shaping strategies that resonate.

Youth Engagement for Adults is a two-part training series designed for coalition staff looking to strengthen youth engagement through proven youth-adult partnership models. Developed in collaboration with Neutral Zone, a nationally recognized leader in youth-driven programming, this is the only workshop of its kind tailored to the community coalition model.

This training is grounded in the belief that effective substance use prevention can’t happen in a vacuum, void of youth voices. If you’ve been struggling to connect with youth or keep them involved in your coalition’s work, you’re not alone, but you’re also not without support.

“This is the best training I’ve been to so far by a wide margin. Great management of break times, activities, connection with participants, among many other things!”
