Hello! I’m Isa and I’m studying public policy at the University of Maryland. I’m passionate about youth substance abuse prevention, especially for marijuana and tobacco. Inside of CADCA I have served as a member on their National Youth Action Council and chair of Take Back Your 10. I’m excited to continue providing support to youth and participating in advocacy movements in this new position with CADCA!
