Transformational Leadership is a style in which leaders encourage, inspire and motivate people. In coalition work, utilizing the principles of Transformational Leadership allows coalitions to expand the participation and ownership of community members in their prevention efforts. This session will explore the principles of this leadership style and provide an opportunity to discuss how these principles can be applied to the Strategic Prevention Framework.
