Samantha Andrews is CADCA’s Training Manager. In this role, she is responsible for assisting the Deputy Director in their mission of facilitating intensive comprehensive trainings and assistance to coalition leaders and coalition teams, with emphasis on reaching disparate communities and economically disadvantaged areas.

Prior to joining CADCA, Samantha spent ten years in the Human Services field with a focus on homeless services, the co-occurring population and trauma-informed care.

Born and raised in Jersey, Samantha moved to Virginia in 2016. She got married in Scotland with her husband at Dalhousie castle. She is such a comic fan that she named her son after Batman. In free time, Samantha enjoys cooking, art, following current affairs and spending time with her dogs.
