Training Operations Support Manager

Renee Loucks is the Training Operations Support Manager for CADCA. In this role, she is responsible for the management of Adult Fee-based training operations. Renee, in collaboration with the National Coalition Institute team, seeks  to increase the knowledge, capacity, and accountability of community anti-drug coalitions throughout the United States and territories.

Prior to her role at CADCA, Renee gained valuable experience working with coalitions as an evaluator for the National Evaluation of the Drug-Free Communities (DFC) Support Program. In addition, she has extensive experience in providing logistical support to education related grants, trainings, and meetings. Renee started her career as an AmeriCorps member for the American Red Cross where she coordinated and presented various disaster preparedness programs to a variety of community agencies. In 2010, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the State University of New York (SUNY), University at Albany.
