Iqra Haji

Associate, Geographic Health Equity Alliance

Iqra is an Associate within the Geographic Health Equity Alliance (GHEA) department at CADCA. She earned her Master in Public Health with a concentration in Community Health Promotion from George Mason University and her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to joining CADCA, Iqra interned at the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials in their Chronic Disease and Health Promotion department. She also served as an intern at a healthcare consulting firm and a local health department.  Iqra is also a medical reserve corps volunteer in Fairfax, Virginia. 

She has a passion for health promotion, particularly for disadvantaged communities. In her spare time, Iqra enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and finding aesthetic coffee shops.
