The Honorable Michael Kramer

Michael J. Kramer currently serves as judge of the Noble Circuit Court, 33rd Judicial Circuit of Indiana. Judge Kramer previously served in the Noble County Court and the Noble Superior Court, originally taking office in 1991. He is the longest serving judge in county history.

Judge Kramer received a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from Ball State University and his law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law, summa cum laude, where he was a member of the law review.

He serves as chair of Drug-Free Noble County and was appointed by the Governor to the Planning and Advisory Council of the Indiana Division of Mental Health and Addictions.

Judge Kramer was named Advocate of the Year by CADCA in 2010, Recovery Advocate of the Year in Indiana, Distinguished Hoosier by Governor Frank O’Bannon, and Volunteer of the Year by Drug-Free Indiana. He is a member of the American Law Institute and is a fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation.
