In this role, he works under Training Manager Brittany Huffman, to assist with the delivery of assistance and trainings to coalitions across the country. He provides technical assistance to the department with the overall goal to provide effective trainings.

Prior to working with CADCA, Grason exhibited an interest in public health by attending Lincoln County School of Technology, where he studied fundamentals of nursing and obtained his CNA certification. Among completion, he enrolled in Coastal Carolina University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a cognate focus in Health Leadership. While enrolled, he held a senior intern position at the LiveWell office, where he served as a peer educator on campus. Coming from a military family, Grason has lived in several parts of the country, but is new to the Northern Virginia area. In his free time, he enjoys exploring new cities, playing tennis and hiking. He is the proud owner of a miniature dachshund named Lucy, who he refers to as “the apple of his eye."
