Danielle Thomas, MTA, CMP

Manager, Meetings & Registration

Danielle N. Thomas, MTA, CMP, joined CADCA in June 2016 and is the Meetings and Registration Manager. She is responsible for the registration and housing for CADCA's two premier training events, logistics for their annual Drug-Free Kids Dinner and the coordination of CADCA’s Board of Directors and Coalition Advisory Committee meetings. Prior to joining CADCA, Danielle worked with other local associations including PathNorth and the Pulmonary Hypertension Association, where she provided logistics management for their respective meetings and events.

Danielle obtained her BA in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Cincinnati in 2012. To compliment her Bachelor’s Degree, she earned her Master’s Degree in Tourism Administration with a concentration in Event and Meeting Management at The George Washington University in 2014. She is an active member of Meeting Professionals International – Potomac Chapter (MPI), where she sits on their annual educational conference planning committee.

Originally from Cleveland, OH, Danielle now calls Alexandria, VA home. She volunteers her time with the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network (PanCAN) Capital Area Affiliate. And as an avid DYIer, she enjoys crafting and exploring the DMV with family and friends.
