Chet D. Linton is Chief Executive Officer of AEGIX Global.
He served previously as chief executive officer of USDGI and Global Health Solutions Group, Inc. He also served as president and chief executive officer of School Improvement Network, a global force in improving effectiveness and professional development for educators, administrators, and businesses. Chet’s leadership, vision, technology insight, and operational expertise have propelled School Improvement Network’s mission-based culture of 100% of students becoming ready for college, career and life through technology innovation, into a thriving business with more than 50% growth year over year since 2006.

Chet has received state and national recognition for leadership in his pursuit of creating solutions designed to help people be more effective. His work as an entrepreneur and his influence with business leaders and policy makers have been pivotal in creating an optimal environment for professionals to reach maximum effectiveness at all levels.
Chet serves as the Chairman of the Utah Technology Council, and in 2013 was appointed by Utah Governor Gary Herbert to the governor’s Vision and Mission Committee. He has served on boards and advisory boards for Cerberian Corporation, Broadband University, TeachStream, Inc., and the Video Journal of Education. He was awarded Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Utah Region, and named Utah Technology Council Trustee of the Year.
Under his direction, School Improvement Network has been named a Utah Fast 50 Award winner for multiple years, a Utah 100 Award winner for several consecutive years, Utah Best of State for Educational Institution or Service, and one of the Best Companies to Work For by Utah Business Magazine. He has contributed as an education expert to local, regional, and national media including MSNBC, FOX News, USA Today, CNN, and the Huffington Post.
Under Chet’s leadership, School Improvement Network has become a global force for change in education with more than one million educators engaged in improving their effectiveness and impacting student achievement in more than 20,000 schools across the world. According to an independent research firm, the on-demand professional learning platform Chet pioneered has been instrumental in increasing student achievement by an average of 18 percent per year.
