Camille Kautzmann

Senior Associate, Youth Leadership

Camille Kautzmann is CADCA's Youth Leadership Associate. She works to empower and train youth across all 50 states and in countries around the world, all with the goal of helping them become better leaders in their communities.

Prior to working for CADCA, Camille worked with many international communities, both domestically and abroad. Notable experiences include working as a Center and Scholarship Coordinator in the Philippines, where she oversaw the center life, youth trainings and scholarship requirements for more than 50 students. She also worked with refugees in New Jersey as a Case Manager and assisted refugees in their daily life, as well as their road to independence through English classes, women empowerment groups and more.

Camille is half-French and speaks the basics of six languages (French, English, German, Korean, Tagalog and some Bisaya). She has grown up in Europe and America and continues to further her love of cultures through traveling. Camille earned a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice at Eastern University in Pennsylvania and a Masters degree in Educational Studies (Adult Education, Community Development and Youth Works) at the University of Glasgow in the United Kingdom. In her free time, Camille loves to cook, read a good book and practice languages.
