He has 18 years of HR experience, 4 as an Executive working in the following industries, Oil &amp; Gas, Professional Employer Organization, Aerospace, Healthcare, Manufacturing\u00a0and Public Accounting.\u00a0Valentino is also President and CEO of the VMurphy Group LLC, which specializes in human resources and career coach consulting for individuals\u00a0and small companies.<\/p>\n
