Presenters logged on about 10 minutes before the start of their session, used the presenter view controls from their respective computers (i.e., camera, microphone and\u00a0screen sharing) and delivered their presentations, all while\u00a0answering attendee questions as they came in through the public chat box in each training session \u201croom.\u201d\u00a0 There was a polling tool that presenters used to\u00a0input\u00a0questions and responses ahead of time, and the polls were launched\u00a0during their live session.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p paraeid=\"{df7b3d10-a1ce-43cb-aaab-86e735c97f4f}{12}\" paraid=\"1205467447\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: \"segoe ui\", \"segoe ui web\", arial, verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 60, 135);\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, geneva, sans-serif;\"><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\"><strong>Forum<span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a02021:<\/span><\/strong><\/span>\u00a0<span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">For this past February\u2019s National Leadership Forum, CADCA adopted the model that has currently become an industry standard in the virtual realm.\u00a0Out of over 200 training sessions,\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">about<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a085 percent\u00a0featured some amount of pre-recorded content.\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">For the 75-minute sessions, a<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">ll presenters\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">were<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0log<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">ged<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">-in at their scheduled time, p<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">re-recorded content\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">ran\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">first and\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">\u0432<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">n<\/span>\u00a0<span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">during the remaining time, presenters turned on their cameras and microphones and either 1) presented additional content or 2) answered questions\u00a0<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\" xml_lang=\"EN-US\">entered in the chat or submitted through the \u201csubmit a question\u201d
