Public Health Resources for Supporting Youth During COVID-19

COVID-19 has disrupted many social networks for youth, including school closures and restricted access to their peer groups. During this time, youth may also feel that they are shouldering their families’ anxieties and concerns, but there are ways to help support young people during challenging times.

As a result, many organizations are helping youth stay engaged and maintain positive outlooks during COVID-19. Finding constructive and developmentally appropriate means of managing stress can help individuals, families and communities maintain and improve their physical and emotional health. Below is a list of websites and resources by reputable child and adolescent-focused organizations which can assist coalitions in supporting the well-being of their youth.
