Virtual Registration Transfer Policy
If you have already registered and/or paid prior to May 19th. Contact email@example.com to confirm if you would like to stay registered and transfer to the virtual training or if you would like to cancel the registration. *Please include registrant(s) name, invoice number and original payment type.*
If you transfer your in-person registration to the virtual training event, you will receive a refund for the difference in the manner that you submitted original payment (i.e., credit card or check).
To cancel your registration, you can cancel any time. After July 6th there will be no refunds.

Registration Payment Policy
Payment must be received by July 20, 2020. All training event payments must be paid in full PRIOR to entering the virtual event.
CADCA will not process registration forms that do not include payment information. You are not considered registered for the conference until either payment or a purchase order has been received.
Purchase Orders: Official Purchase Orders (PO) are accepted (not Purchase Requisitions) provided the following guidelines are met. Upon receipt of a completed registration form, CADCA will email an invoice from which you should submit payment. If you submit a PO to CADCA, you are guaranteeing payment for the full amount of the PO by July 20th.
Credit Card Payment: If you register online, you will receive an immediate email confirmation of your registration. The information supplied on the Internet is passed through a secured server. Please note that credit card payment is required for those registering online. CADCA reserves the right to review each registration for the appropriateness of the selected registration category and make any necessary corrections. For example, a member that chooses the guest rate will be corrected upon review. CADCA reserves the right to charge his/her credit card the difference in registration fees.
Payment Change: Once payment is received, any change to the payment method (such as change in credit card numbers) will be treated as a cancellation and subject to a $95 administrative fee (per person). Re-registration will be charged at the current rates and a completed registration form is required for each attendee. CADCA will not process registration forms that do not include payment information.
Registration Cancellation & Substitution Policy
All requests for registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by July 6, 2020 via e-mail to email@example.com. Cancellation requests received by July 6th will be processed less a $95 administrative fee (per person). Refunds will be processed within 45 days after the meeting. There will be no refunds after July 6th and no refunds or credits will be given for failure to attend.
All requests for registration substitutions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a new and completed registration form. CADCA does allow meeting registration substitutions free of charge, but the registration is still subject to the same cancellation policy. If the registration category is different (member vs. non-member), the new registrant is responsible for paying the difference (if any) at the time of substitution. If a refund is due, the payment will be processed within 45 days after the meeting.
By registering for the CADCA event, you are providing us with permission to include your name, organization, and state information for the list of attendees and use of your image captured in photographs/videos on site.
Participants with Disabilities or Special Needs: If you have a disability or special need that may affect your participation at Mid-Year, please contact us at email@example.com to discuss your requirements.

**Youth: To qualify as a youth and receive the discounted fee, the participant must be 18 years of age or younger as of July 30, 2020. If you plan to attend the Youth Leadership track and are 19 years old or older, you must pay the adult member/non-member rate. All youth registrants must also submit a Parent Consent Form.
**Youth Leadership Initiative Requirements: To participate in the Youth Leadership Initiative, both youth and their adult advisors must attend ALL YOUTH sessions throughout the week. Adults must attend with at least one youth and pay the adult registration rate. Please check the applicable box on the registration form if you plan to attend. Youth may register to attend without participating in the Youth Leadership Initiative track. All youth participating must provide the Parent/Guardian Consent Form by July 6, 2020, via the online form, or the pdf form sent via e-mail to email@example.com or fax 703-706-0565.
