Celestine Brown joined CADCA in July 1999. She has been with our organization for over 18 years. She is the Office Manager for CADCA and provides support to the Director of Human Resources & Administration.

Before Coming to CADCA, Ms. Brown provided administrative support to Centre Group in the communications department, were she worked with The Washington Wizards, the Capitals, Baltimore Ravens, Orioles, concerts, and theatrical events in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area. Ms. Brown was born in Washington, D.C. and attended the University of District of Columbia.
