Each of us is on our own unique journey of life filled with great peaks as well as valley's. Join  us for this session as we explore the foundations of what mindfullness is and how it can help us build resiliency, so that we can better appreciate each moment of our lives.

Learning Objectives

During our time together we will :                                 

1. Unpack what mindfulness is and how it can help reduce stress.

2. Connect with our breath through various exercises.

3. Uncover your personal strenght of being authentic to you. 4. Learn how to meditate in a way which is approachable.
