Preventing Impaired Driving with NHTSA
The National Highway and Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) is an essential arm of the Department of Transportation in the federal government. They have been partnering with CADCA for over ten years and are currently supporting CADCA's impaired driving initiative. This session will include NHTSA's overall work and tools they've created to help coalitions address impaired driving within their communities. Speakers are subject matter experts who've worked at NHTSA for several years and understand recent developments and how to help coalitions build safer communities.
