Yes, policy implementing during the pandemic can be done! During this session, participants will experience the implementation of a social host ordinance during COVID-19 by a community coalition. Using CADCA’s 10 Steps for Policy Development as a guide, we will highlight lessons learned from a coalition’s efforts to engage community leaders and members in changing policy to address the local condition of underage drinking in homes. Examples of tools and resources will be provided.
