Estrada is the chief executive officer of Estradagy Business Advisors, LLC, a business and financial services advisory company providing comprehensive consulting services to the business and banking industries.<\/p>\n<p>Estradagy Business Advisors, formerly the Summit Group, is the next generation firm providing comprehensive business and bank consulting since 1987.\u00a0 The firm maintains an impressive reputation in the financial services sectors specializing in asset allocation, business planning, budgetary planning and analysis, corporate governance counsel, debt placement, equity fund management, economic forecasting and modeling, financial restructuring, industry analysis, expert witness support in financial matters and strategic planning.<\/p>\n<p>Estradagy served as the principal business lending consultant to more than 65 commercial banks representing over $72 billion in assets and has completed assignments for hundreds of businesses, medium and small, in disciplines ranging from comprehensive financial and strategic planning thru assisting in the early staging of mergers and acquisitions.\u00a0 Estradagy, through its client banks, helped to finance in excess of one billion dollars in debt and equity funding.<\/p>\n<p>Rudolph Estrada started the firm in 1987 after serving as an executive for many years with one of the most respected international banks in the world.\u00a0 In this capacity he was responsible for statewide corporate and commercial banking, specializing in government guaranteed lending, as well as, the sale and investment of government securities on a nationwide investment market.<\/p>\n<p>Before entering into banking, Estrada was the Los Angeles district director for the United States Small Business Administration (SBA), federal government.\u00a0 This was the largest SBA federal district in the nation serving more than 12 million people covering the counties from central to southern California.\u00a0 The district director was responsible for the overall management of a loan portfolio exceeding $1 billion and also the approval of more than one-half billion dollars in new SBA loans annually, as well as awarding more than $160 million in government contracts yearly with a staff exceeding 350 employees.<\/p>\n<p>Estrada received his bachelor of science degree in business from California State University at Los Angeles.\u00a0 He later received his master\u2019s degree from the University of Southern California in management.\u00a0 He attended the Claremont Graduate University, Peter F. Drucker-School of Management, where he completed all coursework towards his Ph.D. in strategic financial management.<\/p>\n<p>He has also completed the Executive Development Program for senior level career executives in government at the Federal Executive Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia.<\/p>\n<p>Estrada has lifelong college teaching credentials in banking, finance, business and public administration.\u00a0 \u00a0He served as executive director of the Small Business Institute and professor of business and management for over 38 years with the California State University.<\/p>\n<p>In the 1995, the Los Angeles County Board of Education re-appointed Estrada to the Los Angeles County Office of Education (overseeing in excess of ninety-four independent school districts throughout California) Personnel Commission; he served as chairman of the commission for three two-year terms.<\/p>\n<p>He is a past president of the Southern California Mexican-American Scholarship Foundation and served as a member of the executive board of the USC Mexican-American Alumni Association.\u00a0 He is also a life member of the American Numismatic Association.\u00a0 In addition, Estrada is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and has achieved NACD Fellowship Status.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>","protected":false},"featured_media":19631,"template":"","team_category":[94],"class_list":["post-4226","team","type-team","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","team_category-board-of-directors"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Rudolph I.
